Who are Darmus?

Founded in Bury St Edmunds, by Natalie Darnell and Aras Mustafa, Darmus was born from a passion for weight training and a desire to create a brand and ideal that resonates with the warrior spirit within us all. Our journey began with a simple belief that Through Darkness Comes Strength. From there we began designing and creating weight training clothes to appeal to those people who are serious about their training journeys, and wish to show it in a unique manner.

What is Darmus about?

Darmus is more than just a clothing brand. It's a movement, a community of like-minded individuals united by a shared commitment to self-improvement and personal growth. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a newcomer to the world of fitness, if you are looking for quality weight training clothes you'll find a place here among fellow warriors on the path to greatness.

What are your delivery options?

Once you have filled in your personal details at checkout and chosen a payment method, you will then choose what delivery option you would like to proceed with. We offer a standard delivery at £5.95 or next day delivery at £7.95 (please be aware if ordering on a Friday, Saturday or a Sunday, your item may not be dispatched immediately so this may affect estimated delivery, and you won’t receive your item until the Tuesday).

Free delivery on orders over £100, however when opting for next day delivery, there will still be a charge for £7.95. All our shipments are through FedEx. You will receive an estimated delivery schedule from them.

Once payment has been made, we will make it our mission to get your order processed efficiently and sent out to you quickly.

What if I haven’t received my order?

If you haven’t received your parcel after receiving our dispatched email, or an email from FedEx confirming an estimated delivery schedule. Then please contact us via email at We will investigate into this further with the courier and try and resolve the problem. If there has been an issue with your parcel, then a full refund will be processed.

How do I process a return?

All products must be returned to us within 30 days of placing your order. To receive a full refund or exchange, all items must be returned to us unworn and unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and tags if any. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. If you have a query regarding your order, you must inform our Customer Care team within 14 days upon receipt of your items.

  • Please note, return fees are priced per return generated.
  • Returns will be free of charge.
  • If you're returning part exchange, part refund then your return will only be free if your exchange item(s) value outweighs your refund item(s) value.
  • Please note, return fees can vary depending on the volume of returns sent back to our warehouse. If we suspect unusual activity from your account, we have the right to increase this fee. You will send the parcel to our business address stated at the bottom of our home page.
  • Once after inspection and we are happy that an item is how it was sent out, then we will process the return.
  • You should receive payment back into your bank account (account purchased on) within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank. This will be longer if outside of UK.
  • Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up securely and can't get damaged on the way to us.
  • As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you retain your proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

How do I amend or cancel an order?

Unfortunately, we work on our orders straight away, so you won’t be able to amend or cancel an order. Once you receive item/items, you will have to follow our returns policy.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

Please get in touch with our customer care team through our email and provide a photo of the faulty item, we’ll be happy to help. If your item has a fault, please return it to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you.

Don’t forget to select ‘Faulty/incorrect’ when selecting a reason for your return.

If you received a wrong item, please send it back to us as soon as you can. You’ll need to select ‘Incorrect Item Received’ as the reason for return when creating your return. After inspection of your order invoice and the picture of the item that you sent with a copy of your invoice attached, we will then process a full refund for the incorrect item. If you have chosen an incorrect size, please before purchasing check our size guide chart provided on each item selected and on our home page.

Any faulty/incorrect item that has been approved by us; we will cover the postage for return.

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

We're sorry if there's an item missing from your order. Here’s what could’ve happened:

  • We may have sent your items in separate parcels. Please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • The item you ordered may have been out of stock - it's worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we've sent you an email about this.
  • If you’ve placed multiple orders within a few days of each other that qualify for free delivery and are being shipped to the same delivery address, your orders may have been combined into one parcel. You’ll be able to see whether they’ve been shipped together if the tracking information for each of the orders you’ve placed is the same.
  • If you’ve received all your parcels and something you ordered is missing, please get in touch with our Customer Care team via email at within 30 days of your order being delivered.

What are the ‘Buy now, pay later’ options

These payment options give you extra flexibility when paying for your order, such as allowing you to pay after 30 days, or spreading the cost through instalments. If you choose one of these payment types, please remember to spend responsibly – sometimes, delaying or splitting up payments might not always be the best option. We want you to shop with confidence, so if you’re unsure of any terms regarding the following sites please go on their website or app.
